To pay for your order, we accept credit cards and debit cards unfortunately PayPal has decided to ban our account because they don't accept "Marijuana related" products as items on their platform. We know a lot of customer wish to use this payment method but don't worry our credit cart platform is entirely secure!
You will then be asked to enter the information related to your payment method and to follow the instructions. Depending on the method you choose, you may be redirected to a web page of your bank. The payment methods accepted by Cakespace are indicated at the bottom of each page of the site.
You can also save your payment information on your customer account to make future orders easier.
Once the payment is validated, we will send you a confirmation by email with an order number. You will then be able to follow the different steps of shipping and delivery.
As a general rule, our delivery times are as follows:
- From 1 to 2 days in France with our express courrier
- From 3 to 5 by using a parcel relay
- From 1 to 5 days in the European Union countries
We always do our best to ship our packages as soon as possible. Nevertheless, it may happen that the preparation time is extended due to a higher number of orders or an exceptional situation, in which case we will inform you as soon as possible.
If the delivery time exceeds 14 days from the date of order, you can get your money back by sending an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org.
For the delivery of the parcels, we have chosen to trust several service providers and we choose them according to the best rates they have in successful delivery for each locations.
We offer you to receive your order at home or to collect it in a parcel relay - where your order can be deposited if you are not at home at the time of the delivery, where you will have usually 14 days to recover it.
Make sure to check the condition of your order when you receive it, in order to report it to the carrier. For our part, we accept returns of products as long as they have not been opened or damaged. As a general rule, all claims, requests for exchange or refund must be made to the following address: email@example.com, within 14 days after delivery.
