Terpenes are molecules produced by many plants, including Cannabis: there are more than a hundred different ones. The best known are limonene, myrcene, camphene, linalool, pinene and terpinolene. 

These molecules are in particular responsible for the smells and the flavours that are characteristic of the cannabis plant and contribute to the effects of the cannabinoids thanks to the entourage effect.

Myrcene is one of the best known terpenes in cannabis. Recognizable by its earthy and musky taste, it has anti-inflammatory virtues. You can notably find it in Cannatonic or in our Beach range.

Limonene is a terpene with citrus aromas that has effects on mood and anxiety. It is present in all our Sensations ranges as well as in Super Lemon Haze.

A terpene with a woody scent, pinene produces soothing effects and improves breathing. You can find it in our Focus range.

Linalool is a terpene with a floral scent that acts on sleep and mood. It is present in our Cosmic Haze as well as in the Feel range.

Camphene is a terpene with earthy notes that acts on pain. You can enjoy its benefits with our Fresh line.

Recognizable by its pine scent, terpinolene is a terpene that soothes anxiety and depression. It is used for example in Joker Kush, but also in the products of the Relax range.

The endocannabinoid system (ECS) is made up of neurotransmitters and receptors that maintain harmony within the body by regulating processes such as heart rate, metabolism, hormone production and even fertility! 

The cannabinoids produced by Cannabis interact with the different receptors of the endocannabinoid system to produce their effects.
