What’s Cakespace ?

Cakespace is a brand which sells recreational products derived from the CBD molecule, but also a community where people can discuss cannabis, its benefits and uses in a relaxed, fun and positive atmosphere.

What products are sold by Cakespace?

At Cakespace, CBD can be enjoyed in all its forms: flowers, vapes, oils, creams, edibles, for a variety of uses. Whether you're a beginner or a veteran, there's always a Cakespace product to suit your tastes and desires!

Where do our products come from?

The plants used for the manufacture of our products grow in the hydroponic greenhouses of our Italian partners. With many years of experience, the cultivation of cannabis/hemp is for them a very demanding art. Discipline, patience and precision have become sacred principles.

The outcome? Plants resulting from organic agriculture, of the best possible quality, and that we are extremely proud to be able to offer!

How are our products manufactured?

Selected by us, the genetics of our plants are innovative while remaining 100% natural. The production is ensured by the skills and experience of our Italian partners. From drying to packaging, including manicure, we follow each step with the utmost care to ensure the best possible quality. The packaging has been designed to ensure that you receive products of impeccable freshness!

How is Cakespace different from other brands?

Beyond the products sold on this site, Cakespace’s purpose is to create a link by becoming a real community where people can freely exchange on CBD and its benefits, in an atmosphere based on sharing, pleasure, escape and serenity.

The pleasure is all the more important because beyond the curative properties, Cakespace intends to promote the well-being and the positive sensations that CBD provides, whatever its form or use.

How can I order?

Let us guess ... you just arrived on our site and you feel a little lost? Don't panic, we'll walk you through the different steps to order!

First of all, click on the Shop tab at the top left of your screen. There you will find all the items offered on our site.
If one of our products catches your eye, you can click on it to access its product sheet, which will allow you to get to know it better and, if you wish, to add it to your shopping cart.
Once you have added all the products you wish to buy to your cart, you can place your order by clicking on (Cart) at the top right of the page. After making sure you haven't forgotten anyone on the way, you can click on "order".
You will be asked to enter your contact information and shipping address, then choose your shipping method and apply a coupon code if you have one. We will then be able to calculate the total amount of your order.
You can now proceed to the payment of your order. You will then be redirected to the page of the chosen payment method.
Once the payment is validated, you will receive a confirmation email in the following minutes!
In this email, you will also find your order number, which will allow you to follow the delivery steps from our site or that of our partners.
All you have to do is wait for your package to arrive... we know it's hard... so don't hesitate to join us on social networks or on our blog to keep your mind busy with a daily dose of chill and good vibes!

Is there any guarantee for damaged products upon receipt?

Although we strive to deliver products of the highest quality, some malfunctions may occur from time to time. In this case, do not hesitate to contact our customer service at order@cakespace.co in order to find a solution as soon as possible.

What to do if a product is no longer available ?

We try to restock as regularly as possible. If one of our products is out of stock, don't hesitate to subscribe to our stock alert in order to be warned as soon as it comes back on the site!

How can I track my order?

You just ordered on our website and you can't wait to receive your products? We can't blame you... Fortunately, you can follow the different delivery steps from your customer account (or via the third party services of our delivery partner, using the tracking number indicated on your order summary).

Can I cancel my order?

We usually ship orders the next day before noon. After this time, it will unfortunately be impossible to cancel your order.

I have not yet received my order and the delivery time has expired

Once you have confirmed your order, you can track every step from your customer account - or via the third-party services of our delivery partner. If the delay exceeds 14 working days, please do not hesitate to inform us or contact order@cakespace.co, we will examine the situation together.

How can I create my account?

To join the #Cakespacenation, nothing could be easier: click on "My Account" in the top right corner of the homepage, then select the option "Create an account". Enter your email address in the dedicated bar and you will receive an email to confirm your registration!

How do I change my personal information?

Want to change your password or address? Then log in to your account, and go to the "My Information" section to keep us informed of these changes. To confirm them, simply enter your password.

I can no longer access my account

If you are unable to log in and are sure you are using the correct password, send us a message at info@cakespace.co and we will get back to you as soon as possible!

I forgot my password, what should I do?

Nothing serious, it happens to us too from time to time! On the login page, click on the "Forgot your password" box and enter your email address. You will receive a reset link in your mailbox within a few minutes. Don't hesitate to check your "Spam" folder if this is not the case.

How do I subscribe to the loyalty program?

We'd be more than happy to welcome you and let you enjoy many benefits throughout the year! So, to join the Cakespace family, go to My Account, where you can check your balance.

How do I unsubscribe from the loyalty program?

Wait, are you sure? ... Too bad! In that case, log in to My Account. You'll find the "unsubscribe" function in the "My Information" section.

How do I check my order history?

Want to check a detail ... or remember good memories? We understand you ... You can find your order history by logging into your account, then selecting the "My Orders" tab.

How is my personal information used?

At Cakespace, we take the utmost care of the data you entrust to us. Only our staff has access to it, and it is used only for the purpose for which you provided it: in other words, to process your orders!

I have a press request (press request?), who should I contact?
